 Visited a stonery and mineral place in Cape Town and amongst hundreds of semiprecious stones and minerals I was oddly attracted to one in particular; the strange black-gold square cubes to me unknown pyrite mesmerized me and became my instant favorite. So much so I left the gift shop with a pair of cufflinks. Comings home I found several articles linking the stone to Mars, to the Sun, to as the birthstone for Leo.
