Programming is a very simple act of assigning an intention to your crystal and giving your crystal a task or job to do. I always like to keep them open-ended because crystals can do more than I can comprehend with my intention so my intentions (what I call programming) look something like this: I ask that this crystal grounds the excess energy in my head, helps to soothe the mind chatter and more for the highest good of all or not at all.
I try keep my intentions very simple so that it's easy for me to remember them.
