What is the proper procedure to do a healing on an ulcer of the intestine'? I have blue lace agate and pyrite crystals. Do I have a prayer I use do I use healing hands?

When doing any energy work, you can pray, meditate, or do breathing exercises prior to the actual exercises. Once that is completed, you can start working on the digestive system* by cleaning out the Solar Plexus Chakra.Here is a link to a video that shows how to clean chakras. After doing this, you can place your crystals on the organ being affected. You can leave the crystals there for 20 -30 minutes. After using the crystals you should clean them.
