I only recently just received two orders from you all, and I was sooo impressed by how wonderfully each was boxed and presented, cleansed, and gleaming from your many prayers, and by your free gift in each - the beautiful quartz points. I could feel the care that went into those packages, which, by the way, arrived quite promptly, and with a very reasonable flat shipping rate. With each order came too, a wonderful note about the products I purchased, with a thank you and a heart-felt, hand-written signature. I do a lot of shopping on-line, and I have never received a product so wonderfully packaged. It was actually so heart-warming, the way you reach out to your customers, that it almost felt as if I were opening a special gift.
Your website is no less welcoming and warm, with its logo of hearts, its extensive catalog, guides, articles, and access to similar-thinking folk. It is very engaging, comfortable, and easy to navigate. You present in-depth metaphysical descriptions for your stones, but you do not neglect the simpler things, like angel cards, and key chains. No product is given any less attention to detail in terms of physical condition or quality. I have been very happy with the information I have found here, as well as the quality of your products. Also, very importantly, I have gotten only positive vibrations from the crystals you have sent, and that tells me immediately that you are good people.
