I have a thirteen-year-old with depression, anxiety and anger towards his other family members. To top it off, he also has ADHD and I don't have health insurance. I have a fifteen-year-old with similar anger issues. I have ADD and I am feeling drained by all this anger around me. We have faith in crystals and are especially interested in Amethyst Cacoxenite Cabochons. Please help us. What would you recommend? Thank you.
I am very sorry to hear about all the issues you and your kids are facing. Although I am going to suggest some crystals, counseling at school may also be helpful to the kids. They may receive information or techniques on how to release anger is a constructive manner.
Before working with the crystals you may wish to clean your home of unwanted energies that may linger in the atmosphere. This articlecan give you ideas, tips, and suggestions on removing negative energy.
Amethyst, Bloodstone, Chrysocolla, and Howlite all work with releasing energy blockages related to anger. Your son may do best with Bloodstone and Chrysocolla, your daughter with Howlite, and you with Amethyst. These can be carried in pockets or in jewelry throughout the day.
For anxiety, Lepidolite and Lithium Quartz have very soothing vibrations. If possible charge water with Amethyst and have everyone drink a couple of glasses each day. Here is a linkto a video on how to charge water. Everyone should have Lepidolite and/or Lithium Quartz along with Amethyst under their pillows/mattresses at night. All of the crystals should be cleaned daily. This video gives suggestions on how to clean crystals.
Sunstoneis my first choice for depression. This stone would be good to have all around the house.
Amethyst Cacoxenite is a wonderful addition to your collection and can be the center crystal in a grid for your family. You can surround it with Clear Quartzto amplify the energy. The following video explains how to create grids.
I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.
