Regarding the guide for crystals and its corresponding planets, I checked our Reference and Resource Section and we don't seem to have anything like that. That being said, you have such an interesting question that I shall not be able to answer it alone so I'm going to get the help of 2 fellow consultants to answer your question.
Some feedback regarding planetary associations for Green Aventurine and Onyx:
From Sol Path Tarot and Crystal Magick:
"Green Aventurine is Mercury and Venus but more Venus (intuitively), and Onyx I don’t have info for."
She says she found this information in Nicolas Pearson's book if you'd like to know the source.
From VineAstrology:
"I read a little about Green Aventurine and I personally feel the green one in particular resonating mostly with Uranus for me, because the colour looks to be somewhere between the throat and the heart chakra and Uranus is a planet of communication and inventiveness. Aquarius, the sign he rules, are known to be very steady and collected, while at the same time empathic, balanced, independent and super creative and adventurous. Also great leadership qualities and open-minded. Can also mean sudden and unexpected results. I'm not 100% sure about Onyx, but I think I would say Pluto, as this is the planet of transformation, regeneration and facing deep fears (albeit uncomfortably) to emerge stronger. It's also a planet of willpower, personal power and confidence. Just my personal take on it though. I have some experience with Aventurine, not much with Onyx."
