My love is a kick boxer and he is hurt. I would like to get him some stones to help protect him that he can put in his gym bag or wear on his person or under his pillow for protection and to keep him safe. Can you recommend some stones? I've heard Pyrite is good but when I look it doesn't seem to be what I need it for. Thanks so much in advance.

Hi A,

Thank you for your inquiry. Jet is a wonderful protection stone that he could carry on him to keep him safe throughout the day to day. From our article on Jet:

“Jet is commonly used as a stone of protection, yet it also carries some wonderful healing properties, including pain relief for headaches/migraines and enhanced healing of traumatic injuries.”

Pyrite is also protective, and would be a good choice for him as it promotes physical health and increased vitality when the body is working hard.  Red Jasper will also help to provide vitality when energy is low, and is very grounding and nurturing.

Crystal Blessings~
