Requesting advice from a crystal healing expert: I have a Hematite tumbled stone, it looks really nice and shiny but when I try holding it my hand gets a tingly feeling and my hand feels a little uncomfortable. Is this normal, what are your thoughts? It has been cleansed and charged with water and selenite. Is this me just getting used to it? Thanks!

Thank you for your inquiry. It sounds like you are having a physical reaction to the crystal, which does involve your body getting used to its energy. A tingling feeling is common, but if it makes you uncomfortable you may only want to use it for short periods at a time until you get more accustomed to the energy. Try meditating with it if it is comfortable to do so before any prolonged use. Your reaction to it may change over time.
