Your suggestions for your friend's baby are excellent. I would also use Lithium Quartzand Blue Calcite. The mother may want to put some crystals on a table close to the bed or if the baby is still very small, placing crystals under the mattress may help too. It may behoove the mother to also wear these crystals since the baby can pick up on her energy.
