My Friend Has An Overbearing Boss That Stresses Her Out

I have a friend that has a overbearing boss and he stresses her to no end. I would like to know what stone can protect and help her with this issue. Thanks.

Thanks so much for your question.  Rose Quartz is my first recommendation because it brings so much positive energy into any situation - and it is very protective!  You friend could place one on their desk with the intention that it fill the "space" with love and light and that any negativity that is directed towards them and their space (from that boss) will be transformed into loving energy and go back to the source.  There is nothing more powerful against negative energy than to transform it and send it back.  It might lighten up their boss and the it is the most positive situation for everyone.  I also like a  Green Aventurine for your friend to feel more empowered and give them the strength to stand up to their boss, if necessary, in a respectful and productive manner.  Finally you can never go wrong with a Black Tourmaline since it will transmute any negative energy that is directed towards your friend and help to protect them from a difficult boss.
