Thank you for your order and for contacting us about your Bloodstone pendant. First, I would recommen d cleansing your Bloodstone. You could do this by passing it through the smoke of burning incense like Nag Champa or the smoke of burning Sage. You could let it soak in some lukewarm water with a small amount of salt for about an hour or you could follow the direction on our crystal clearing video on the website, found at this link:

Next, decide how to clearly state your intention for the healing you want to receive from the crystal. When the crystal has been cleansed, hold it in your hands and focus on your intention. Repeat it aloud or in your mind 5-7 times, with the thought that you are putting that intention into the crystal, for your highest good. I also like to picture it being surrounded and filled with a ball of pure white light. Or, it could also sit briefly in some sunlight to “charge it”
As you mentioned having the crystal remove “negative energies, , you will need to repeat this process often, maybe even daily, especially at first and whenever you feel the crystal is working less effectively.
Finally, please understand that crystals are not a “quick fix” and the healing you are intending to receive may need to be a gentle and gradual process in order to be lasting and effective. The body itself may take some time to catch up to the energy healing that is done
