I received some of your stones as a gift recently and love them, but the amethyst seems to make me very anxious and have chest pain. It took me a while to realize it was the stone, but after careful testing, came to that conclusion. Can you offer any insight as to why this might be? Anything I can do (have cleansed it) to change that outcome? I was skeptical about the power of crystal healing until I realized it is INDEED powerful, so I can see where a negative power could come in to play as well. Just wondering if you may have insight? Thank you for your inquiry. It sounds as if the Amethyst is very strong and that you are very sensitive to its energy. Sometimes crystals can be too strong for our energy bodies and this energy manifests itself in the physical body (the feeling of anxiousness). I recommend using this crystal for abundance in the far left corner of your home (from the entrance door).
This link will take you to an article on programming. Instead of holding it in your hands, I suggest holding your hands above the crystal (6 inches) and program it from this distance. You don’t have to hold a crystal to hold it.
