I'm interested in finding out what type of crystal I can use for my 15 year old daughter. She was born with cyst in her pituitary gland. The past 2 years she has had some increased anger issues. I would like you thoughts on this please.
Thanks so much for your question about a crystal to help your daughter. I'm sure I don't have to tell you that teenagers tend to have anger issues, mood swings, etc. I didn't even recognize my son from 15 to about 17...it was like a monster took over my baby! Even though it will pass it is still very hard to go through. Here are some crystals that will help with the anger:
Anger, Diffusing: Amazonite, Aquamarine, Aragonite, Blue Lace Agate, Carnelian, Chrysocolla, Larimar, Mangano Calcite, Mica, Peridot, Rose Quartz, Serpentine
It feels like a lot of growing pains so here are some crystals for Puberty and crystals for the Pituitary Gland:
Puberty: Citrine, Moonstone, Opal
Pituitary Gland: Amethyst, Aquamarine, Chrysocolla, Garnet, Moonstone, Opal, Sugilite
I think a Moonstone is going to be the perfect choice for her. It will balance her emotions, help relieve the symptoms of the cyst (mood swings, headaches, etc) and just make her feel better...which will make her act better. I would suggest a bracelet that she can wear and one that you can place in her room. Larimar is another excellent choice that would bring her some peace and help her to feel and react from a happier place. Here is a link to our bracelets:
