Thank you for contacting us with your crystal question. Let me first share that I am not a medical professional and my crystal recommendations are based on the experiences of myself and other crystal healers through history. Crystals should not be used in place of medical treatment by a licensed professional, but rather, should be a complimentary therapy along with your Doctor’s recommendations.
In a world where so much is now done online and so many people are so busy, friendship can be a difficult thing to find! If crystals are an area of interest to you, it might be worth your time to search for a rock or lapidary club in your area as you could spend time with some other people who have interests like yours.
As for directions for a “friendship grid,” it would not be very different from other grids, other than setting your intention as you charge it, and rather than pointing crystal points inwards towards the center, they should point outwards in all directions, to disperse the energy in all directions.
So, I recommend starting with a Rose Quartz piece such as a tower, raw chunk or other somewhat large piece. Then place 5 Quartz points, bases touching the rose quartz and points directed outward, evenly placed around the Rose Quartz. Using another Quartz point or a wand, or even your finger if you don’t have the other items, Draw imaginary lines from each quartz point to the Rose Quartz, multiple times, and then circle the points in a clockwise motion, all the time repeating aloud, or in your mind, that for your highest good and for the highest good of all you would like to have the perfect friendships for you come into your life. (because after all, a “toxic” friendship causes more problems than it solves, so let’s attract the right people!)
The grid will need to be charged in this manner each day. If you will be leaving it in place for awhile, you may want to take it apart and cleanse the crystals each week and then charge it again as described above.
