Thank you for this article. Looking to adopt a Lemurian Quartz.. . I only have a question in care for it, how to cleanse? Is it ok to have it in direct sunlight?

We have Lemurian Quartz here. I would recommend cleansing it with water, Sage, or Reiki, with minimal doses of sunlight (30 min max) from time to time.
While Clear Quartz is generally fine in sunlight, Lemurians do better with less.
