We don't have a list but here is a list of crystals which are compatible in water by Amarisland: Water Safe Crystals: Which ones are and which are NOT? – Amarisland as well as our Crystal Safeguards which lists what crystals are toxic and which aren't: Crystal Safeguards - you're going to want to refer to this when making your elixirs because some crystals are indeed toxic, shouldn't be in water and you don't want to be handling them without safety gear on.

Please make your elixirs safely because again, not all crystals are suitable for being in water and then drinking or using.
