One crystal I like to recommend for healing of damaged tissue and bone is Fluorite. Hold it near the area to get some relief. Another crystal to help with nerve damage in particular would be Selenite. I find that because of the high vibration of Selenite it can help to heal on a deeper level and nerves being so delicate, it can reach them for healing.
