Question: “Is it Really Necessary to use Anything Other than Just White Sage for Smudging my Crystals?”
Hi. I usually smudge my crystals with White Sage, but I keep reading about Sage and Sweetgrass smudge sticks and other herbs being added to the Sage for smudging. Is it really necessary to use anything other than just White Sage? I've read that the Sage cleanses and Sweetgrass draws in positive energy...I'm curious what you guys think about this idea... thank you so much for your time :)

Thanks for sending us your question. Sage is enough by itself to clear negative energy and no other herbs are required. You can add herbs, but it is personal preference. I have also heard that Sweetgrass brings in positive energy and I also sometimes use this with my crystals. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
