Is Sugilite recommended for back pain / spasms or something else?
Thank you for contacting us with your question. There are many crystals that can help with pain and the most important thing to understand is that because we all have different energy, we need to try a few crystals to see which one-- from the numerous ones that are helpful for pain-- will be best for us.
I would recommend going here https://www.healingcrystals.com/Crystals_for_Commo... and checking the suggestions for "Backache" , "Sciatica Nerve" , "Pain Chronic" and "Pain, General" and click on the name of each crystals to see the photo. Once you can see the photo you will be able to notice which crystal(s) you feel drawn to, and this would be the way for your body to guide you towards what would most help you.
Please make sure to cleanse your crystals regularly, every day if you wear them daily, using one of the methods outlined here https://www.healingcrystals.com/January_2007_Newsletter_-_Methods_For_Clearing_Your_Crystals_Articles_11.html
Sugilite can be used for pain as well, and is listed under "Pain, General", but from my experience and from working with my clients it is typically not as effective for release from pain as some of the other stones that are listed in that resource. Sugilite is helpful for balancing the brain hemispheres, opening the Third Eye and the Crown Chakra, increasing compassion, increasing joy, peacefulness, and increasing psychic abilities if used with that intention, among other things.
I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.
We look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to contact us with any questions.
