Is it possible to add others to a crystal grid? when you are affirming, can you affirm for that healing energy/intention to also be sent to a family member/friend?

Yes, you can bring someone else into a crystal grid. What a wonderful way to help someone when you can’t be right with them! As with any long-distance healing work, you should respect a person’s free will and you will need to have their permission before performing any work on them. The easiest way to do this is by asking their spirit or higher self while you are in a meditative state. When you do this, the person can subconsciously give you permission, even if they are not normally open to receiving this type of healing work. Once you have their permission, visualize the person in the crystal grid as if they were physically in the room with you. Set the intent that the healing work will only be used for the highest good for the person. When you are finished, always remember to thank the person for receiving the healing energy.
