If the piece of Bumble Bee Jasper has been tumbled and/or polished then yes it is fine to wear as a bracelet but I would still recommend you wash your hands after working with it.
When it's polished then it does offer that layer of protection but we cannot guarantee that it will still be safe to use without washing your hands. Rather safe than sorry I'd say.
