Is a mandala the same as a crystal grid? If not, what's the difference?
Thank you for contacting us with your question.
Mandala is a spiritual symbol in several religions in India. In common usage, it has come to signify any circular drawing with various designs that symbolically represents cosmos. In terms of what we do at our FB page and our website -- when we use the term "mandala" it is usually a photography of crystals that our photographer Robin then reworks in Photoshop to make beautiful kaleidoscopic patterns, like in this example.
When we say "crystal grid" we usually use a mandala drawing (whether real or implied underneath the grid) that we then use to place crystals on top of for a particular purpose. Here is our crystal grid kit that has a mandala drawing and crystals
Hope this helps!
Please make sure to cleanse your crystals regularly, every day if you wear them daily, using one of the methods outlined here
