After a while of having crystals, what if you choose not to carry them anymore? and you get rid of them, what will happen? -Josh

Thank you for a wonderful question!
Crystals are energy and as such, they will maintain their energy, even if you no longer carry them. Nothing will happen if you get rid of them, it simply means they have done their work with you and are ready to move on. If you feel that you no longer need the crystals, pass them on to a new caretaker, place them in some potted plants, or return them to the earth (bury).
I have gifted many crystals over the years, all have served me well, yet I knew it was time that they went on to help others. Before gifting, I thank them for the work we have done together. Then I take some time to physically as well as energetically cleanse them and ask that they be used for the highest good of the next person who receives them.
I commend you for listening to your higher guidance and I know you will find the perfect "new home" for your crystal friends.
