Hi, I'm looking for a crystal that may aid the healing of the eyes for better eye sight , your site recommends Green Aventurine Cabochon to put directly over the eyes (obviously meditating lying down). My questions are: How large should of a Green Aventurine Cabochon be? And how long should you leave it there? (If I have a half hour acupuncture session, could I have the Green Aventurine Cabochon put directly over the closed eye lids (one on each) for the entire length of the session?) I most appreciate your assistance in this matter. Best Regards.
Thank you for your question.
Some people have found that Green Aventurine has helped them for the eyesight, and the noted crystal book author Judy Hall recommends many more, including Rhodochrosite, Fire Agate, Optical Calcite, and Clear Topaz, among others.
The way you suggest sounds good and using it during the acupuncture session also might be helpful. The size needs to be comfortable for you, otherwise there is no particular size that is better than other.
Another way to use them is to wear or carry them for an extended period of time (several months), and yet another is to charge water with them by placing them on the outside of your water container (you can see more about it in our video here).
When working with crystals, always listen to your internal feeling about how long to do something, which one to use, and even how to use it (as long as it is safe).
I need to let you know that crystals work on an energetic level to support our well-being and that results in using crystals for any health-related issue can vary from person to person.
Please make sure to cleanse your crystals regularly, every day if you wear them daily, using one of the methods outlined here
I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.
We look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to contact us with any questions.
