Thank you so much for reaching out to us with you questions. I am so sorry to hear about your condition. We will send you healing energy and keep you in our thoughts. Using your intuition is a great way to select crystals. You will often be drawn to the exact crystals that you need. Some crystals that are helpful for joint pain and arthritis are Carnelian, Chiastolite, Turquoise, Emerald and Fluorite. Malachite, a bright green crystal, is a wonderful stone for pain and inflammation, including joints. Bloodstone, Smithsonite and Black Tourmaline will provide a needed boost to your immune system. If you are having skin rashes, Rhyolite can help with this symptom by placing directly on the affected area. If you are feeling tired and worn out, try Red Jasper and Carnelian to increase your energy. Quartz is a master healer that can benefit all symptoms while strengthening the immune system and helping to restore balance to the body. To use crystals for healing, try carrying them in your pocket, placing them around your environment, wearing them in jewelry or placing them directly on problem areas. Medical tape can be used to hold crystals where they are needed. Crystal elixirs would also be beneficial and can be used topically or also ingested. Here is an article with more information on making elixirs. You can energize your crystals by putting your intent into them. Program your crystals by holding them in your hand, picture them surrounded by brilliant white light, and say "I dedicate this crystal to be used only for the highest good. I program this crystal for _____." You can do this more than once to strengthen the programming. Also please remember to clear the energy of your crystals frequently to maintain their effectiveness. There are many different ways to do this. Here is an article on clearing your crystals and a YouTube video that you can play to clear your crystals. I hope you find this information useful and that your symptoms improve with the use of your crystals.
