Which end of the Vogal Energy Wand does the energy emit from? How far from the patient should the wand be? How long should it be in place? As you see, I know nothing about these wands, but am very interested in learning. Do you have literature/guidance on using these crystals? Thank you

Thank you for your inquiry*. The energy of the crystal comes from whichever way you are using it. If you want a narrow band of energy. use the narrower tip closest to the area being worked on.. If you want a wider band, the wider tip is used closest to the area you are working on. Another aspect to consider which tip to use is whether or not male energy is needed or female energy is needed. The wider end is female and the shorter end is male. If a person needs more assertive male energy in their solar plexus, the thinner tip would be closest to this chakra.
How far you are from the client depends on the individual client. For some you may need to be 2-4 inches away and for other 6 - 8 inches. I start at 6 inches and see how the person feels receiving it. The density of the area you are working on can also influence the distance. For some work a blockage may be so thick that you will need to move the crystal in closer to increase the intensity of the energy going into the crystal.
The general rule of thumb is 20 minutes for any crystal including Vogels.
Unfortunately, I don't know of any books written about Vogels. Judy Hall's Crystal Bible 1 does have a paragraph about them. I recommend working on the crystal your self first to get a feel for it. That is the best way to learn.

 Good morning. I recently learned of the Vogal crystals. They were created by a man named Marcel Vogal. If you google him or look on U tube, he has many videos showing the use of them. They are beautiful , his are very expensive tho. (Submitted by: Melissa P on January 30, 2014) |
