Hi I am having moud swings following a brain damage accident and wondered what crystals would help with it, please? I do have a number of crystals at home already. Maybe I should try and find my Crystal Bible, that should be able to help me, shouldn't it? If I can find it :-) Thank you :-)

I am sorry to hear about your accident and the mood swings. I would recommend Lepidolite and Stilbite. Both are very calming and balancing - particularly when it comes to mental functions and emotions.
I have an idea for you that might be easier than looking for your Crystal Bible...we have an online Metaphysical Guide that gives you tons of information with photos on every crystal.
