Hi - I am thinking of using crystals to increase lactation. I had a few questions: would drinking charged water be more effective than wearing? These are the stones I was considering: Chalcedony, Chiastolite, Okeniite, and Moonstone. Would you suggest others? Can I use them all together?

Thanks for your inquiry. Jade is a good crystal for increasing lactation. Sodalite and Selenite can also support the energy of breastfeeding your child. Either wearing the crystal or drinking gem water will help. You could also do both if you decide to. If you decide to wear it, try a pendant to keep the crystal close to your breasts. Another option is to keep them in your bra. You can wear or carry all these crystals at the same time, if your intuition guides you to. For charging water with your crystals, please us the indirect method and don’t place the crystals directly in the water. All of the crystals you listed can be used to charge water, but it is generally recommended to only use three crystals on the water at a time.
