I suffer from anxiety and nervous tension in addition to menopausal symptoms.
Is it ok to wear a combination of rhodonite, lepidolite, peach moonstone, and mangano calcite crystals together all at once? I like to wear them in a pouch in my bra. If so, can I also add amethyst, rose quartz and hematite to that combination? I have these as bracelets.
*Side note- they are all polished- none are raw"

Thank you so much for reaching out! It is absolutely okay to wear the combination of the crystals that you mentioned (rhodonite, lepidolite, peach moonstone, mangano calcite, amethyst, rose quartz and hematite). Some people can be extremely sensitive to the energy of crystals, so if you find it starts to be a little too much, you can always remove a couple from the pouch. But if you are finding them to be helpful, then I suggest to definitely keep going with it! You can experiment with putting different ones together too. It sounds like you have a great combination and I'm so glad to hear that you are finding crystals to be helpful in your life!
