Hello. Can you please let me know what crystals would you recommend for IBS? I have had IBS for 3 yrs and would like to try crystals, but not sure which ones to get. Thank you.

Dear T,

Thank you for your inquiry. From personal experience, the best mineral I have found for IBS* is Amber. I wear it in jewelry and have pieces of it that I place on my abdominal area whenever IBS starts acting up. Copperis also good for cramps that may be associated with some episodes.  Garnet may also help to release some of the pressure associated with this illness. Drinking watercharged with Amber, Yellow Calcite, and Yellow Jade may be of assistance on a day to day basis too.

Experiment with the crystals mentioned to see which one works best or which combination is most beneficial to you. During the day wear the minerals in jewelry form and at night you can use the tumbled form in bed, under your mattress or by the foot of your bed.A crystal gridmade up of these stone can help too.

I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.

Crystal Blessings!
