If sunlight will fade the color, will fire? I was wondering about alternative means of charging the crystal.

Thank you for contacting Healing Crystals with your question.
I would not recommend fire for Amethystor any other crystal. Any time that you expose a crystal to extreme heat or cold you risk damaging or cracking the stone. I would suggest using moonlight for charging since it is safe for all crystals. The crystals do not have to be outside or even directly exposed to moonlight. Placing them in a windowsill is fine.
