Thank you for contacting me and for showing interest in my satisfaction
as a customer. I received my package today, before leaving to go out.
Did not have the chance to open it and check. But I am certain that everything
is there, only because of the reassurance I got when I called back on the
19th, to add to my initial order.
Kim responded to me over the phone and moved extremely quickly to
take the necessary action with my additional order. I was extremely
impressed by her willingness to accomodate me, in spite of your
combined order policy. She is efficient and remains professional, even
when the customer is being persistent or makes difficult requests.
The package was extremely well secured and put together also, I must
add. Pls commend the pickers for me.
Pls allow me to get back to you. I will open the package first thing
tomorrow morning.
