Hello. I have a Black Onyx bracelet. What wrist to wear to release negative energy and protection? I was told that I need closure from a past relationship. Will the black onyx bracelet help release it? Thank you.

Thanks so much for your question and Black Onyx is perfect for protection. It is actually one of the oldest crystals used for that purpose. I would suggest wearing it on your non-dominant hand since you want to draw the negative energy away from you. Black Onyx will help you to release the past but I would suggest adding a Labradorite to help you move on from it. You can protect yourself and release what has occurred in the past but you also want to move forward in a positive fashion. Labradorite will help you take create new opportunities for yourself. Then you will be more excited about the future rather than dwelling on the past.
