Hello, I had a few questions about the Clear Quartz Crystals. I wanted to know can I wish upon them? Can I use them for healing and protection? When you meditate on them do they have a light or glow that goes through them? And Ialso want to know how do you meditate on them the proper way for them to work?

Thanks so much for your question Clear Quartz Crystals.
You can use them to make wishes but I find it more powerful if you use them for intentions. An Intention begins as a wish and then you add your power to it and make it an intention...in other words instead of asking for what you want you are stating that you are going to get what you want. It is important to be clear, direct and focused - be as specific as possible - and state what you want and ask for assistance in making it happen. A crystal isn't going to make your wish come true but it will be very supportive in helping you make them come true for yourself. You can use them for healing and protection. Use the same method as you would for an intention. State what you would like protection for and be sure to phrase it in a positive manner. You don't want to add to negative energy - you want to create positive energy that will prevent negative energy from harming you. I typically ask that any negative energy that is directed towards me be transformed into positive energy and sent back out into the world. Imagine a light coming from the crystal and surrounding you in a protective glow that nothing harmful can permeate. Imagine anything negative bouncing off of your protective circle of light, turning into light and going back out into the world. Finally for meditation I like to use them on my Crown (top of head), Third Eye (center of forehead) or Throat Chakra to help open the lines of communication and my mind to a peaceful plane. You probably won't see light coming from your crystals with your physical eyes (although everything is possible) but you can imagine light with your inner vision.
