I struggle with going to sleep at night cause I can't sit still or lay still ever. Are there any crystals that can help me? I need some help, please!

I think you'd do especially well with
Blue Lace Agate. You might also consider doing a sleep meditation or some "winding down" exercises before bed. it's important for your body to be able to expect the same thing each night. So, try to go to bed at the same time each night (between 9pm and 11pm is best). Make sure you sleep in a cool, dark, quiet room and turn off cell, tv, etc at least 30 minutes before you go to sleep, with the exception being listening to a meditation on your phone or other device as you're falling asleep. There are a lot available for free on youtube. I especially like some of the ones by the
Honest Guys.
