"Hi, I've just had a laparoscopic hysterectomy (cervix, womb, tubes, ovaries). Do you have any tips for crystals that may help repair my Sacral Chakra and aura please? When I meditated, I couldn't feel this chakra at all. Look forward to your reply. Thanks."
Thank you for contacting Healing Crystals for suggested crystals to healing your Sacral Chakra. You are not the first person to tell me they couldn't feel their Sacral Chakra after this type of surgery. It's a major energetic event that it has to process, so it may take awhile to readjust. Patience and consistency will be necessary as well.
Here is a link to a variety of crystals associated with the energy of the Sacral Chakra. Look at the pictures and see which one(s) grab your attention the most, because that is usually a hint that they're right for you. Or, if you have some of them already, start with those, first. When you are healed sufficiently, you can lay with the crystal on the chakra for about 20 minutes at a time. Remember to cleanse and re-energize the crystals you use for this. Remember, too, that the color orange is associated with this chakra, so bringing more orange into your life for awhile could be helpful.
Additionally, Moonstone might be helpful or Pearls as they are associated strongly with feminine energy and many women who have had this surgery find they need healing in that are as well. And finally, I really like Rose Quartz as a post-surgery crystal companion. It seems to really help people mend faster.
I hope this information has been helpful to you. And of course, if you have any further questions regarding crystals or crystal healing, please feel free to contact us again.
