Hi. I need some crystal advice. I am in a negative environment at work. I constantly sit at my desk thinking I really hate this job and am just "done" with it. I would suggest Carnelian and Citrine for optimism, motivation, and self-confidence, in addition to the Black Tourmaline for protection, which you most likely have.
In addition to crystals, you may want to start applying the strategy suggested by a bestselling author of the book You Can Heal Your Life (and many others), Louise Hay: find things to be grateful for in relation to your job. That may be tough at first but you may become more successful in this with practice. Why is this important? It shifts your personal energy and this opens the possibility for new and great things to come into your life.
