Love this article on "Back To School With Crystals." Thanks so much for sharing this. One quick question - quiet a few of the crystals mentioned above are applicable for my 7 year old son. How do I best incorporate them in his room? Make a grid? If yes, any suggestions? Does it matter if they are placed together? Would the energies clash and/or make things worse? Please advise. Thanks so much for your question and I am glad that you found the article to be helpful. You can use any of the crystals that are mentioned in the article together and they will actually amplify each others energies and create something very special and helpful for your son. I do not believe that crystals "cancel" each other out or don't work together. Follow your instincts and if the energy feels good to you then use the crystals that you are drawn to. If the energy feels a little off it may be that these are just not the right crystals/combination for this situation.
I am including a link to information about creating grids including articles and a video. You might want to get your son to help you create a grid and you can place it on any surface and in any configuration that feels right to you. It is the intention that is most important when working with crystals - and being open to the energy. The more that you work with the crystals and allow them to guide you the better that they will be able to help you. Personally, I like to do a simple circle, wave my hand over them and ask for what I want (like to help your son in school) and that is it. It can be very simple or elaborate - do whatever feels right to you.
