Hi I lost my son on several years ago and I am struggling very badly with his passing. My son  passed away from cancer, and it has been harder I find because his father didn't allow me to be there at the end. I never got to say goodbye to him and tell him I love him and that I'm very very proud of him. I feel like I still am dying on the inside everyday he's gone I feel like I'm going thru it all over again each and everyday I would like to find out which crystals would be best to help with my grief.

Dear J,

I am so sorry for your loss. I understand how devastating it is and how helpless one feels. This is why before I recommend any crystals, I'd like to suggest grief counseling, if you haven't tried it. This therapy is developed precisely because of the difficulty that many people have when dealing with grief following the death of loved ones. You may find a qualified therapist in your area by typing "grief counseling" and the name of your town in google.

Crystals that can assist in processing grief are Apache TearBlack TourmalineBlack Agate and Rose Quartz, alone or in combination. It may also be helpful to write about your feelings daily in a journal.

I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.

We look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Crystal Blessings!

Brana
