Hi, I want to ask a question. I have Onyx, Obsidian, and Black Tourmaline ( I also wear as a ring ). Which one is more powerful for absorb the negativity energy? And which crystal is for can help with self confidence? Thanks.

Thanks so much for your question. All of the crystals you mentioned are effective protection from negative energy but I like Black Tourmaline because it transforms the energy and makes it positive. Instead of just keeping it from you it actually draws it in and changes it into something filled with light and positive energy and then sends it back into the world. That is a nice way to send more positive energy out into the world and when you do that it is what comes back to you. Black Onyx is very nice for Self-Confidence and here are some more suggestions. I feel like a Rose Quartz would be very helpful for you.
