Since Tourette's Syndrome* is a neurological disorder, I am going to suggest using Lithium Quartz to aid with the energy of the brain chemistry.Fluorite works to help balance the brain chemistry so it too would be helpful. I suggest usingChrysoprase and Pink Calcite to assist the nervous system.
During the day I would wear either a Lithium QuartzPendant or a FluoritePendant/necklace. When sleeping I would have both Chrysoprase and Pink Calciteunder my pillow. If possible I would program a Clear Quartz with my intention and keep that in my pocket.
