I Have Multiple Health Issues What Crystals Would You Recommend?

I have multiple illnesses and would like to know if there is a crystal (or just a few) that i can concentrate on working with for all health problems?
My health issues are; asthma, eczema, allergies, nicotine addict, depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder.

I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
