I am a 30 years old female (non smoker) and have been diagnosed with bronchiectasis (cause unknown, possibly repeated childhood infections). I suffer from up to 6 chest infections a year - pseudomonas and pneumonia in the winter, and a variety of other infections throughout the year. Have been on short/long term antibiotics but looking for other ways of boosting my immune system and lungs. It gets very tiring and depressing at times dealing with an invisible progressive disease knowing I will never be able to heal completely. Are there any stones you think might help me? Thank you x

Dear A,

Thank you for contacting us with your question.

The first thing that I would recommend that so many people have found helpful when dealing with chest/breathing/lungs issues are Salt Lamps. You can read about them HERE and HERE is an article on its benefits.

The following recommendations specifically for Lungs from M. Gienger's Healing Stones for the Vital Organs:

Amethyst

Fluorite

Aquamarine

Blue Chalcedony
and Blue Lace Agate
Moss Agate

Clear Quartz

Rutilated Quartz

All of them are also great for strengthening the immune system in general.

If you are new to crystals, we have a great set of resources on what to do and how to use them HERE.

Please make sure to cleanse your crystals regularly, every day if you wear them daily, using one of the methods outlined here https://www.healingcrystals.com/January_2007_Newsletter_-_Methods_For_Clearing_Your_Crystals_Articles_11.html.

I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light. We look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Crystal Blessings!
