Every morning.. even before I wake up...I have HUGE knots in my stomach. I know it's anxiety, and it actually only happens during the work week. I say a calming mantra every morning, but the pain/anxiety, sometimes takes sooo long to subside. What crystals can I use to aid me along?

Hi S,

I’m sorry that you have been having problems with anxiety. Because you are feeling the anxiety mostly in your stomach, try holding a piece of Citrine or Tiger Eye over the area of pain or over your Solar Plexus chakra. If the anxiety continues during the day, carry the crystal(s) in your pocket with you. Wearing Lithium Quartz will also help to calm you. It may also help to have a Clear Quartz or Amethyst in your bedroom to help energize you before you even wake up. Try putting it under your pillow or on your nightstand and they will also help you to have a restful sleep.

Also, just a side note – if your job is causing you to be severely anxious and unwell prior to going to work, it may be the universe telling you that it’s time to find a new job. If the people you work with are the cause, a new job may fix the problem. If you feel it is the work you are no longer comfortable with, it may be time to start considering a new career that is more aligned with where you are spiritually. This is something that many spiritual people experience as they evolve. Angelite can help you to connect to higher guidance when needed.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions. May your journey be blessed with Love and Light.

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie A.
