Hello. My car was hit by a drunk driver. Thanks to their angels my kids did not get a bump or scratch. I, however, received a severe concussion. Please recommend healing crystals for me to help speed up my healing process. I am still a bit foggy mentally and get headaches if I drive or move around too much. Thanks.

Hello M,

Having experienced a similar thing last year, I first need to mention that going to the doctor and to the chiropractor is very important, as it could happen that parts of your spine were brought out of alignment and if they did, they need to be put back into alignment by a qualified medical practitioner.

What is also helpful is receiving Reiki treatments along with whatever your doctor prescribes and with whatever your chiropractor does. My chiropractor was impressed as to how quickly some things changed for the better (and it was due to me receiving Reiki energy and Accunect energy modality twice a week for several weeks since the accident). This was just my experience, but it may be helpful to know.

Having said that, I'd recommend Amethyst, Fluorite, and Smokey Quartz, in addition to a lot of rest, so you can allow your body and mind to heal, both physically and psychologically. It may take some time, so please be patient and gentle with yourself.

Please make sure to cleanse your crystals regularly, every day if you wear them daily, using one of the methods outlined here https://www.healingcrystals.com/Crystal_Cleaning_Suggestions_Articles_1010.html

I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.

We look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Crystal Blessings!
