I Get Headaches From Wearing My Crystal

I have a lapis lazuli pendant. I cleansed it and have tried wearing it twice now and it is fine at first but after awhile I develop a headache. I then take the pendant off and the headache goes away. Do you think it could be because it opens the third eye and deals with the crown chakra?

Thank you for your inquiry. I'm sorry to hear about headaches from the crystal. There are some crystals that have a vibration that is too strong for a person's energy field at a given time. Your crystal may not be in in sync with your energy. Since this seems to be the case, I would suggest using it for something else at the moment. You may find that you can wear it a couple of months from now, but not at this point.

Your energetic field is always flowing and moving and as you continue to work with crystals your field may change and may be able to take on very different frequencies. These new frequencies may work better with your current crystal. Something to try is to place it in moonlight as often as possible. Moonlight can also help with the energy vibrations. In the mean time you can use your current crystal in a grid, charge water with it (place it on the outside of a glass pitcher), or try using it a medicine pouch.

I have had this happen with a couple of crystals and for me time was what helped. Although I knew the crystal was right for me, the timing was off.
