Hi! I have a question. I put the crystal on my neck for about 20 minutes, and it got warm. It has now cooled down. Tell me, what did that mean? What was going on?  (FYI I am new at this.) Thanks.

Hello P,

Thanks for reaching out to us with your crystal questions. The warming sensation that you felt when you first tried on your Clear Quartz necklace was most likely a transfer of energy. It could be caused by a number of things, such as your chakra being activated, healing energy being transferred to your body and increasing your energy, or a release of an energy blockage. Using your intuition is an important part of crystal healing. In this case, did the warming sensation feel good or did it make you uncomfortable? If you enjoyed it, you may wish to wear the necklace more often or for longer periods of time. If you felt uncomfortable, you should try limiting your contact with the crystal and only use it for short periods of time for now.

If you have not already, I recommend you purchase a crystal healing book to help you on your crystal journey. I like The Crystal Bible by Judy Hall and The Illustrated Directory of Healing Crystals by Cassandra Eason. These books will not only have beautiful crystal pictures, they also have tons of valuable info on taking care of crystals and using them for healing.

I hope this information helps you. Please let us know if you have any other questions. I hope that your journey is blessed with Love and Light.

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie
