How long do you have the crystals on you before they start working? I have Kyanite & Apatite to help me with weight loss. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us. Kyanite and Apatite are great for curbing appetite and increasing metabolism and are great choices for weight loss. You should begin to feel the effects of your crystals after only wearing them a short time. However, overall weight loss will be more gradual because your body will need time to do this, just as with any other weight loss program. Of course, healthy eating and exercise will help to speed up this process. I hope you enjoy working with your crystals.
