Can you please tell me what stone is the best for foot pain? I was looking at Smokey Quartz. but didn't see any thing flat and size of quarter or 50 cent piece. Thanks

Dear D,

Thanks for reaching out to us with your questions. Smokey Quartz is a great choice to help with foot pain. Have you tried the Smokey Quartz Cabochons we have? I have ordered several varieties of the cabochons and they are usually flat on one side and roughly the size of a quarter, although they come in a variety of shapes. You are welcome to indicate any specifics characteristics that you are looking for when you place your order. We will do our best to try and find the right stone for you.

Malachite and Lapis Lazuli are two other crystals that I feel are also excellent at relieving pain. When treating pain, you can place the stones directly on the affected area to draw the pain out, the person can wear/carry the crystals, or use an elixir. Here is an article with more information on making crystal elixirs and a video that demonstrates how. Also please remember the importance of clearing your crystals frequently when using them for healing purposes. This will help them to retain their effectiveness and strengthen their healing ability. Here are some different methods you can use to clear the energy of your crystals. A crystal grid would also be beneficial (here is more detailed information on making grids). I hope these recommendations provide some relief and may your life be filled with Love and Light.

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie
