I am grieving the loss of my love after a tragic accident a month ago and a friend suggested I order crystals. I usually like to feel the vibration of stones before purchasing, but a friend suggested I stay out of the metaphysical shops right now because I am so vulnerable. Please choose a stone that you believe will help me heal. Thank you.

Hello,

I am very sorry for your loss!

While grieving is a natural part of the healing process, it is important that it does not become chronic. For releasing grief in a healthy way, in addition to professional care, a crystal called Apache Tearsin combination with Rose Quartzand Smokey Quartz, may provide relief. Additionally you may want to get Black Tourmalinefor strength, vitality, and as a shield from outside influences during this vulnerable time for you. It is important to clear the stones, as well, especially after an emotional release. These four crystals, which can be safely combined in any way your intuition guides you to, can all be cleansed by putting them under running tap water for about five minutes or so.

I'd suggest getting them in any shape or form you feel drawn to and Rose Quartz and Smokey Quartz  in form of pendants, so they can fall near your Heart Chakra, for their continual soothing effect.

You can alternate Rose Quartz with Green Aventurine, if you see that Rose Quartz makes you overly sensitive.

We look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to contact us with any questions.

I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.

Crystal Blessings!
